Terms and Conditions

By placing a order with of Hands And Hearts you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

PAYMENTS:

Payments are to be made immediately through  the website via credit card or PayPal. We do not offer local pickup or accept cash payments.

It is the customers responsibility to use a discount code. If a discount is missed during checkout we are unable to apply it after purchase.


CANCELATIONS AND REFUNDS:

Returns and cancellations due to a change of mind are not accepted. Refunds will only be issued in the case of damage. All items are checked before being posted for damage. In the unfortunate circumstance of damage during the shipping process we will require a photo and details of the damage before a refund, partial refund or store credit at our discretion.

Cancellations and returns, within reason, will receive store credit. 

If there is the unfortunate event of an item arriving or becoming faulty or damaged please contact kasey@ofhandsandhearts.com.au within 30 days of purchase with photos of the damage. We will issue a refund, store credit or replacement at our discretion.

Custom orders can not be refunded or returned under any circumstances other than being faulty. If there is an issue you will need to contact the store within 30 days. If a decal has been unintentionally damaged within 30 days a replacement will be sent out. 

SHIPPING ERRORS:

If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect shipping address or not being picked up from the post office in time then the receiver can either accept a refund minus the cost of shipping or repay shipping costs to resend. It is the customers responsibility to check they have supplied the correct address. Of Hands & Hearts is not responsible for monitoring tracking on orders unless requested. 

ALL OUR PRODUCTS are ready made unless stated or a preorder. Any changes that can be made are stated in the product description. If requests are made to change a product that are not in the product description it will require a custom order if it is possible. If the customer is contacted and does not reply within 3 days regarding changing the order to a custom option then the product will be sent as is.
